Privacy Policy
The short version: when you call, you tell us your name, your address and what you are seeing. We use that to book and do the job and to keep the treatment records Texas requires, and we sell it to no one.
1. The company behind this site
This site belongs to DFW Pest Guard (“we”, “us”), which treats homes for pests across the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas. This policy explains what we learn about you when you call us, write to us or visit this site, and what we do with it.

2. Where this policy applies
It applies to your calls and emails with us, to our visits to your home, and to this website. Sites you reach through a link from here follow their own policies.
3. What we learn when you call or write
There are no forms and no accounts on this site, so you cannot send us personal details through it. What we hold comes from you directly:
- On a call: your name, your phone number, the address of the home, and what you tell us about the problem, such as what you have seen, where and since when.
- In an email: your email address and whatever you write or attach.
- After a visit: the job record, meaning what the technician found, what was used, where it was applied, and the price you agreed to.
4. What the website records
Like any website, this one runs on a hosting provider whose servers log standard request data: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and when.
The site may use a basic analytics tool to count visits: which pages get viewed, how people found the site, and roughly where they are, down to the city or region. It reports totals, such as how many people read a page, not who they are. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not connect it to anything you tell us on the phone.
Some analytics tools set a cookie to tell a new visit from a returning one. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site has no login and no checkout, and every page reads the same without them.
The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens. Google’s own privacy policy covers that request.
5. How we use it
- To book the inspection and any treatment, and to reach you about them.
- To do the job: the technician needs the address and what you described.
- To keep the treatment records Texas requires us to keep.
- To answer your questions and handle anything you raise after a visit.
- If analytics runs, to see which pages get read and make them clearer.
6. Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing. It leaves the business only in these cases:
- Providers that run our tools. The companies behind our phone line, email and web hosting handle it as part of the service they provide to us.
- The law. When a law, a court or a government agency requires it. The agency that licenses pest control in Texas can ask to see treatment records.
- Your request. For example, when you want a copy of your findings sent to someone else.
7. How long we keep it
- Job records: at least as long as Texas rules require a licensed pest control business to keep treatment records, and for as long as we keep treating your home.
- A call or email that did not lead to a visit: only as long as that conversation needs it.
- Server logs and analytics: whatever period the provider sets.
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you; see section 8.
8. What you can ask us to do
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything in it that is wrong;
- delete it, apart from the treatment records we are required to keep.
Call (972) 573-9907 or reach us through the contact page. We may ask a question or two to make sure it is you before we change or hand over anything, so your details do not go to someone else.
9. Children
This site and the service are meant for adults arranging pest control for a home. We do not knowingly take information from children under 13; if you think a child has given us theirs, tell us and we will delete it.
10. When this policy changes
The new version goes on this page with a new date at the top, and the version shown here is the one that applies.
