24 Hour Pest Control in Dallas
A person answers our phone at any hour, weekends and holidays included, and tells you when a technician can come to your home.
Emergency pest control here means a full visit, not a spray at the door. The technician inspects the room where the pests showed up, then the rest of the house inside and out, and identifies the species. You hear the price before any treatment starts.
The products are chosen for that pest and for what the inspection found, and you get the findings in writing after the visit.
We carry the liability insurance Texas requires of a licensed company.
What Happens When You Call
-
1
Call, day or night
A person answers, not a recording. Say what you found and where, for example roaches in every cabinet or wings under a window. You then hear the earliest time we can be at your address.
-
2
Inspect the house
The technician starts where you saw the pests, then checks the kitchen, the bathrooms, the garage, the attic and the outside of the foundation. That shows where they live and how they get in, not only where they showed up.
-
3
Hear the findings and the price
You see what the pest is and where it gets in. Then you hear the price and what it covers. Nothing is applied until you agree.
-
4
Treat where they live
Products chosen for that species go into the places the inspection turned up. You hear which rooms to stay out of, and for how long.
-
5
Get it in writing
The written findings list what was found, what was used and where it was applied. If the problem needs a second visit, you are told on the spot.
Pests in the house right now? Call (972) 573-9907, whatever the hour.
When a Pest Problem Can’t Wait
Any of these is worth a call as soon as you see it:
- Winged termites coming out of a wall, a window frame or a light fixture, or shed wings piled on a sill. Around Dallas, swarms come February through May, often on a warm day after rain.
- Roaches on the counters and in the cabinets, even in a house or apartment you have just moved into.
Leave what you found where it is. Shed wings, a dead roach or droppings show the technician where to start.
Keep children and pets out of that room, and call (972) 573-9907.
What the Technician Does on an Urgent Visit
On an emergency exterminator visit, the species decides the method and the inspection decides where it goes. Two common cases:
- German roaches: gel bait. Pea-sized dots go into the cracks where they hide: behind the stove, along the cabinet edges, under the sink. That way the bait reaches roaches you never see. About two weeks later we come back, check how much bait was eaten and add more where it is gone.
- Termite swarms: the soil along the foundation. Swarmers coming out indoors usually mean a colony is feeding in or under the house. The technician finds where they came out and where the termites get past the slab, often a crack or the gap around a pipe. The fix is a liquid termiticide in the soil along the whole foundation.
Before leaving, the technician may point out what would keep the pest from coming back. That can mean sealing a gap around a pipe or cutting back shrubs that touch the wall.

Questions About Emergency Calls
How soon can someone come?
It depends on that day’s schedule and on your address, and the person who answers tells you the earliest opening during the call. Our 24-hour pest control means a person picks up at any hour. It does not mean a truck waits around the corner, so you get a real time instead of a promise.
How much does it cost?
You hear the price after the inspection, before any treatment starts. It depends on the pest, how far it has spread and what the treatment involves, and none of that can be judged over the phone.
How long does the visit take?
Usually 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the pest and the size of the house.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Keep them out of the treated areas until the product dries, usually 30 minutes to an hour. Gel bait goes into cracks and gaps, not onto counters or floors. If anyone at home has asthma or another health condition, mention it on the phone.
Can I just spray them myself?
You can, and a store spray kills the insects it touches. The rest stay in the attic, the wall voids or the cracks behind the stove, where the can does not reach. A repellent spray can also keep roaches away from bait later. What you pay an emergency exterminator for is finding where they live and getting the product there.
What if it rains?
Work inside the house goes ahead in any weather. An outdoor spray is not applied in rain or on soaked ground, so a downpour can move the outside part to another day.
What should I do until the technician gets here?
Clear the way to where you saw them, such as the cabinet under the sink or the boxes along a garage wall. Make sure the attic hatch opens, and put pet food and dishes away until the visit is over.
Found them at midnight? A person picks up at midnight too.
Say what you found and where, and before you hang up you know when we can come.
